Viper set item codes?

Hi, many will flame me for cheating, and i dont really care, i've been at it for weeks but i finally decided to surrender to my fate and ask here.

How the ♥♥♥♥ do i spawn the LEGENDARY viper set using the debug console? (the item should be in NGP but i wont just start a second playthrough because of one set)

So far i tried adding NGP as prefix or suffix, and no i did check my spelling and its not wrong. Also tried various other sources, i even finished the open sesame quest (the lady doesnt sell me the legendary diagrams, just the regular ones and i have the regular set already, i want the legendary one)

Any clues? I know people have been able to do it i just dont get how.

I recently saw a video of a guy finding a legendary viper venomous silver sword diagram and he then got the scavanger hunt quest for it, im willing to try this but can anyone confirm it? And i noticed he had 1/2 in its progression so am i correct in assuming the quest only gives him the weapons and not the whole set?

The witchcraft command gives me the entire set, however it also gives me a bunch of other items, such as quest items and trophies, i dont want to sift through them for an hour, and quest items are not droppable so i wont be able to do quests (bugs because i finish the quest before starting it). Another problem there is that quest items have weight, after an hour of dropping junk around i still had 500/120 weight and could barely move.

Has the spawn commands for all the HoS stuff including the Viper gear.

As i said, i know people have done it, taking the NGP item and using it in non NGP, i just dont know how exactly.

A dude also had a video and the old lady sold him both the regular and legendary version diagrams, why?

It usually took me around 10-15 mins to come back after using the witchcraft command, but my point here was that since the witchcraft command is able to give you the entire set from NGP in non NGP then there has to be a way to get it using a command such as additem, right?
