[BUG] Collect 'em All Oxenfurt Gate Alchemist

I have a weird problem. My miraculous guide to Gwent says there is 1 card missing in Novigrad. I used this map to revisit all Gwent players in Novigrad and came to the conclusion that the alchemist is the missing player. In my first playthough of the game, I got a card from him. This time however, I didn't get a card from him after I had won against him. And as mentioned earlier, he was the only player I haven't played against in Novigrad according to that guide.

Question: Why does the alchemist not drop a card?
