Where is Letho?? BUG??

guys help.. I just did quest for the old lady - kill monsters on that mansion.. but there is no Letho and no traps to trigger his quest?? what happened? x((((( I did not kil him in w2.. and this is my third run in w3..

Did you make sure you used the correct save file to import from TW2 you need to make sure you imported the last autosave (the one with the highest number) not the last manual save, I believe TW3 looks for the last save file and if the last one is a manual save it will use that but load a default world state (not your saved one) where Letho is dead. There is nothing you can do now on your current playthrough to bring him into your game now though I'm afraid.

You can try enabling console in your game (either mod or manually few clicks in your game folder) and type in : "addfact(import_letho_alive)" . You must do it before the quest. If you cannot load your save and you are stuck with your current progression, type into console :" addfact(q402_invited_letho_to_km) " and you can encounter Letho on Kaer Morhen.

I used my last autosave from Witcher 2, no simulation, and got Letho.

its weird because I have tattoo from w2 but no Letho.. if Sile is dead I am mad because I saved her in w2

if you save her in w2 she is alive in w3 in prison in oxenfurt and usefull later
