Here is one
Take care when playing with Ciri with cinematics, some glitches which can be solved may happen so get ready to pick checkpoints/autosaves/saves in some instances.
Beware too with some interactions(places of power i.e) since interacting with them with Ciri will cause the model to freeze because she cannot perform the genuflect animation.
Do not expect to get sound interactions, for obviuos reasons if Ciri isn't involved in a quest she may have no audio files for speaking, so in this case sometimes you'll get Geralt voice track playing or you may get no sound at all.
Some interactions for progressing in quests are not implemented for Ciri, so some swappings for interactions to Geralt are required.
Some enemies were not tested in Ciri, since she lacks armor and she's only shielded by raw HP amount she can get astoundingly high damages from some kind of enemies. Same happens with some special effects from enemy attacks: Ciri cannot break hold effects by mashing(not implemented), teleporting is not allowed in hold state and they don't end when she takes damage for example, so she may be dead at once if she gets a hold effect from an enemy.
As common sense should dictate the game was designed to be played with Geralt, so even if playing with Ciri is doable comes with quirks and annoyances, so be ready for them.
As Yennefer or Triss I don't know about mods that enable this or had attempted to make it. You could play with Ciri abilities(and identity) but Yennefer or Triss skins if you know how to swap models at runtime with the console. Take a look at this mod:
https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/601
Playing with Yennefer or Triss like the sorceresses they are would require a modder to design it from the ground and I never played enough with the game modification to know if it's doable at all, but in any case is a daunting amount of work in the case it can be done.
