Hollow tree stump loot

Can someone tell me if there is a slight difference between the The Witcher 3 console and pc games when it comes to loot. I have the pc game, am level 5 in Velen, but there are at least 8 hollow tree stumps around Mulbrydale that don't seem to give me any loot, the logs do but not the stumps, when i played on PS4, just about all of these would give me loot, even the one outside Devils Pit, now i'm not getting anything with the pc game, 1st world issue i know, but is this happening for anyone else ?.
