Where to find dragon dream bomb recipe?

Hei guys, i'm trying to get the last achievements i'm missing on tw3. Amon them, there's "this is the evilest thing" where you need to "ignite the gas produced by a Dragon's Dream bomb using a burning opponent", but i can't seem to find the dragon dream's bomb recipe. I've checked a lot of herbalists, especially the one north east in oxenfurt, but they don't have it. Any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Try Gremist in skellige if the harbalist that north east of oxenfurt doesnt sell 'em. Also you can find it in hidden tresure locations.

Gremist also doesn't have it. I guess i'll try some hidden treasures then.

Check the halfing herbalist in the hut north-east of Oxenfurt.
Also check Tomira in White Orchard.
