When to play the DLCs
Hi everyone,

I bought the DLCs during the steam summer sale and I am currently in Act 3 (Final preparation) of my first run through the game.

When is the best time to start playing the DLC quests? I am currently level 31 which is roughly the recommended level for the quests. Should I start doing the DLC quests now before finishing Final Preparation or should i finish the game first and then start New game +

Thanks

Finish the game first. Blood and Wine will even give you spoilers about the end, plus, it's better overall. These are pretty extensive adventures which don't fit in the Wild Hunt plotline imo
Do them after main quest I would play Hearts of Stone first

Finish Hearts of Stone before the main quest. Your character should be on a decent level and with good armor when doing the last quest. and Blood and Wine after the main game and HoS.
Thanks for the advice, was just about to ask the same questions.
After you play literally everything in the base game. Hearts of Stone first and then Blood and Wine.
level 31 is enough to just do what you want. I recommend, main quest, HoS and the Blood and Wine
Hearts of Stone before you finish the main quest, so now is a good time if you're in final preparations. You'll get a little extra dialogue, you would have got a bit more if you'd done it even earlier and possibly some hints to help you with your decisions with Ciri.

Blood and Wine definitely at after the main story.
I played them after the main story.
Play Hearts of Stone first, then Blood and Wine.
