Missing Geralt's Body

I just finished installing my mods for TW3 and started it up for the first time. Come the first cut-scene with Yennefer, my face is missing and I can see the inside of my hair. I found similarish problems from other players, and it seemed to be related to the High Quality Faces mod. When I disabled that mod, it did technically solve my face problem but only since my entire body disappeared minus a sliver of my chest.

I've installed the debug console enabler mod as well, and Ciri command does work, but when I switch back to Geralt the same thing as before happens. I've also verified my files with no result, so that pretty much just leaves one of the mods being corrupted but I have no idea which. If anyone can save me working it out manually that'd be a great help. Here's my mod list as well:

Maybe restarting the game again could fix it? If not then check what the mods you have installed do, but if there's some mod that lets you change Geralts appearance or changes Geralt appearance that's likely the one giving trouble.

I've removed the mods relating to Geralt's appearance but the problem remains unfortunately

Its the appearance menu mod. I had the same problem. Are you sure you disabled that one?

When I installed it geralts body totally vanished leaving nothing but mouth and eyes and hair. So it was just mouth eyes and hair moving about. Kinda funny for a minute or two. Lol.

But yeah might be that.

If I remember correctly I never actually got the mod working correctly and had to get rid of it.

I also remember you have to copy and past script from the mod in certain files as part of its installation.

If you did disable it did you also get rid of the scripts in the files? If you didn't you may have to.

Thank you, this worked. You were right, I'd forgotten that one affected his appearance. My game works fine now.

Glad you got it going - just as an FYI / forewarning, there is a mod limit in the game and it sort of varies depending on what kind of mods you're running (texture, script, etc.) - the telltale signs will be things like the game either failing to launch, or you load a save game and it just sits and infinite loads, or you even get into the game and start seeing textures look weird, or cutscenes be REALLY slow to load - that will usually mean you're hovering around the mod limit. If you run into that, I'd recommend trying to merge some mods with Mod Merger which can be found on Nexus Mods.

He has script merger its in his list of mods lol though I wouldn't call script merger a mod more like a program.

I don't know if any of you are still having this issue but i found a fix. If your face and body disappears use the debug console. Select one of the shave beard styles such as setbeard(0,1) . Your body will come right back along with your face. Hope this helps.
