Vitality Panel disappears with only a green circle around Weapons & Armor
I used a grind stone and armourers table on my equipment and the Vitality panel has disappeared. The only thing up there are the icons for armour and weapons with a green circle around them that looks like a status circle. Am I doing something obviously wrong?

It will do when you are not in combat or you have full health. The circles are to let you know that your equipment has been enhanced by using the grindstone and table.
