Monster den northwest of Rogne?

I just went in, because it was a random marker I unlocked... A level 31 ghost, and a couple chests... But there's a ledge, that no matter what, I can't climb on to. I looked it up, and all I can find is posts about people having trouble later in the den... Is this blocked off until I do something else?
