i think kind of quarry witchers chase's far better at detection than witchers can be at sneaking so one needs to do other trickery to survive.
Na, I'll keep playing this and tell the truth about it rather than fanboy my ass off over it and ignore the obvious flaws. Thanks for your suggestion though.
And yea, but still.. its never smart to give up an easily held advantage.. especially in matters of life and death.
Some games are played for the sluggish mechanics, like dark souls games, where most of ppl just die for accident sometimes missing atks or even evading.
Also as I have pointed out.. that lore has a pretty big flaw if it wants to act like Witchers are smart but still throw easy advantages to the wind just because.
Dont like AC do you? Its ok.. you can like AC. Its not my thing.. we can have different tastes and still be civil. And hey nothin against Ubi at all except Uplay. Far Cry is my favorite open world shooter or stealth game.
And where did I say it's perfect? If you don't like the lore, talk to Sapkowski, because this is not a game flaw.
You implied its perfection by acting like it got all these rewards, so nothing must be wrong.
It is a flaw when its unimmersive and strikes people as just plain silly when they stop to actually place a bit of thought into it. Just because whoever wrote it like that it doesnt mean it was the best decision. Seriously.. just stop and sensibly think about what a Witcher does. Sure he can step quietly.. but he's not invisible. He can still be killed. Whatever he is after can still run. Wouldnt it be dumb to not use the simple advantage of stealth in any scenario by simply staying low or peeking around a tree or a rock to see what you're about to engage, any advantages/disadvantages of its placement, and so on. The simple answer is yes.. it would be incredibly dumb. That portion of the lore just falls apart when you actually stop and think about it. That is a major flaw in logic.
Lmao glad Im not the only person that got pissed over that stupid werewolf. I plan to play more as well, though to figure out what all the hype is about. Certainly not throwing in the towel yet.
All I've done is try to express my opinion and observation. Havent intended any of that as an attack or rude response to anyone that didnt come off rude to me in the first place. So I apologize to anyone that has been friendly whom might have taken anything I have said as being a foul or offensive response to them. As far as the rest go.. they can just learn how to be civil when discussing differing opinions and views or get an uncivil response in kind.
