Nothing will change regardless of your actions. Even if you kill Radovid, Redanian soldiers will chant his name and say how he will conquer all, even though he's dead and you still have ways to go until the 'end game'.

There are three main points to the ending: Ciri dies, Ciri becomes empress of Nilfgaard, Ciri becomes a Witcher.
