How do I start a fire?

I'm at the begining, at the well with the noonwitch. I am supposed to burn her and the bracelet, but how? I keep using the witcher senses, but can't find anything nearby. Tried to use the "fire rune" on some dry wood, would not work.

How do I start a fire in this game? And can I do it anywhere or it has to be some "magic" place?

use your igni sign to burn the body

I didnt need to burn anything I just interacted with her skeleton while I had the bracelet in my inv.

Yes last time for some reason I could not interact with the skeleton. Anyways it worked now, and now the noonlady came back and I just dont seem to be able to kill her. She just heals so fast. Playing on the second lowest difficulty, yet this game seems so hard...

use yrden to trap and materialize her, use spectre oil for extra damage. And please dodge.
