In general though, first come the books and then the games in sequence (W1 1270, W2 1271 and W3 1272, which are not canon btw). W3 DLC's while can be played in any order, the consensus is finish HoS before the main story and B&W (1275) after the main story.

TW2 is dated six months before Wild Hunt
HoS in 1272 same as Wild Hunt.
B&W in 1275, is not said very loud but dates in ingame books state that year.
As for books I cannot provide very accurate info(didn't read them) but as far as I know several points in Geralt's life from maybe 1250(short stories) to the Rivian Pogrom in Lady of The Lake(last novel) in 1268.
