Well, it's a bit sporadic as some of the novels are just short stories.

In general though, first come the books and then the games in sequence (W1 1270, W2 1271 and W3 1272, which are not canon btw). W3 DLC's while can be played in any order, the consensus is finish HoS before the main story and B&W (1275) after the main story.

TW is dated in 1270(2 years before Wild Hunt)
TW2 is dated six months before Wild Hunt
HoS in 1272 same as Wild Hunt.
B&W in 1275, is not said very loud but dates in ingame books state that year.

As for books I cannot provide very accurate info(didn't read them) but as far as I know several points in Geralt's life from maybe 1250(short stories) to the Rivian Pogrom in Lady of The Lake(last novel) in 1268.

An interesting detail I found was in The Last Wish's first story, Geralt mentions something about a certain King Abrad, who ruled Jamurlak, a kingdom now apart of Redania, it was Annexed by Radovid IV of Redania after Abrad died, Radovid IV is the Great Grandfather of Radovid V. (Radovid IV->Heribert->Vizimir II ->Radovid V) meaning the first books story has to take place a fair amount of time before any of the other stories or games right?

it does. he met yennefer in that book. Ciri is still in cintra and very young. I think he meets her in book 2. Might be even that in the last wish that ciri isnt even born yet.
