Wolfbane location?

Playing on console, and doing the "Wild At Heart" quest. I need some wolfsbane for Cursed One oil, but I'm not sure how to visually identify it, nor where to find it in Velen. Could someone provide two screenshots, the first one showing what the plant looks like and the second one showing a map location of a location for it? Any location will work, as long as it's in Velen and it's not too swamped with enemies (i'm only still low-level).

I know this was asked 5 years ago but in case someone else has this question, there's wolfsbane in the werewolfs lair and if you go there during the day he isn't there.
