Is it worth doing all the question marks

i am in blood and wine atm only done 1 main mission been doing question marks then witcher contracts then side then main ?

Question marks are mostly either treasure loot or monster nests. Not that interesting. Personally I do them when I'm in the general area, but don't really go out of my way for them, particularly in Skellige at sea.

If you want max out your skills points, you could google up a map for Places of Power as those I'd say are worth it.

I did the gwent tourney pretty early cuz you get a nice steel sword for beating one of the players

If you'd like to try out every mastercrafted armor, then i suggest you to explore as much as you can, since that will reward you with materials and crowns.

Okay, without a joke, it's worthy if you wanna get rich. What the point of getting rich would you ask? Witcher sets I answer, I spent ~40k crowns to get all the sets to mastercrafted(not even grandmaster).

In this gamethrough, i managed to do all those on Velen/novigrad/oxenfurt areas...

Not worth it....It's REALLY boring (especially in skellige, cause most of them are underwater) and there's not even an achievement for that

So far the question marks have been pretty rewarding. Alwayts tend to find I can use but then I am really early into the game (Lvl 7) and hasn't been long since I got to Velen. Anyway I am enjoying the combat quite enough that I am always game to slaughter some beast or pirates. Right now I am taking on a basilisk guarding a treasure. I am more interested in harvesting parts and pieces from the monster than whats in the treasure chest but I did come across some decent upgrades in some of them.

Found/collected over 50 different relic swords at ? they also make good coin when in need. Depends on how long you want to play really.

worth it for the loot and some are the stone shrines that give you ability points

I hear toussaint steel sword is the best. Although Blaven is the best if you go for sign build

If you happen to be nearby one anyway then yes, but besides the magic stones that buff your signs, the other loot is can be found on regular monsters ussually.
