Oiranna Quest
I know this may come off very dumb but I have not yet found a straight forward answer, I have completed the blood and wine main story choosing the Syanna path which has lead me away from orianna quest, however is there anyway after completing the story syanna’s way ( the way I have done ) that I could active orianna quests ?? e.g maybe going to the orphanage or trying to find her. Thanks

No you have completed it. But i can tell you however a way to do it next time you playthrough it. Or reloading an old save.

You can do oirannas quest while still taking the Syannas path.

The way you do it is by playing it like your going to go to the unseen elder. YOu play like you are until you completed Oriannas Quest and get to the lake and the boat to meed Regis.

Regis tries to talk Geralt into not going to see the unseen elder one last time.

And you have one last chance to listen to him and go back to take the Syannas path.

Oriannas quest is better than the cancer syanna but the ending fight never changes so whats the point?
I wish we could make a deal with deathlaff so he could shred syanna and leave people alone

Yes you can BuzzardBee.

http://www.ign.com/wikis/the-witcher-3-wild-hunt/Blood_Simple

Near the end of that article it states that after completing Blood simple you have one last chance to go to syannas path of Beyond Hill and Dale.

Doesnt say those exact words. But it tells you Regis will try to talk Geralt into not going to go see the unseen elder. When you meet up with him at the lake with the boat.

You listen to him and dont go, Returning to go find Syanna you will get to do Beyond Hill and Dale.

You will have successfully done both. You just dont get to go see the unseen elder. Which is the quest What lies Beneath or What lies unseen something like that.

You do What lies unseen or whatever its called lol you actually go see the unseen elder then you truly cant do Beyond hill and Dale.

But you can in fact do Both oriannas quest of Blood Simple and Beyond Hill and Dale.

Spoilers galore. You have been warned.

There are three different endings to Blood and Wine. To pursue the Orianna side of things, you would have needed to follow the path toward the worst endings, those where either both Anna and Syanna die or where just Syanna dies. The good ending being where both sisters live and are reunited.

The quest in question for Orianna is Blood Simple. During The Night of the Long Fangs, you have a decision to make: do Beyond Hill and Dale or Blood Simple. You cannot do both.
I got the best ending both of them died.

but how can you only kill syanna is it the boring prison punishment or execution?

Little correction:

A)Unseen elder search path->The only possible ending is Syanna and Annarietta die. You have to fight Detlaff because he doesn't take very well being forced to appear to Geralt and Regis without them bringing Syanna.

B)Syanna's path: the 3 endings for B&W are available and you get one of them depending on your choices.

PS: regarding bad endings I'm not really sure which is worst. From a contract standpoint even if Syanna and Annarietta die Geralt accomplished his mission(killing the beast) with all the consequences. If Syanna dies before the ending, then Geralt may kill or not Detlaff(is Geralt's choice). If Detlaff doesn't die, then Geralt blatantly failed.
TBH, for me this two endings are more interesting than the "they lived happily ever after" ending(at least for Syanna and Annarietta)
