The reason why it changed from the E3 look is because cdpr decided to use lighting to make it look more fantasy like other western type rpgs.
This isnt on a amateur visual artist not knowing how to do his job.
Its simply cdpr decision to make the game looks be more profitable in certain areas. Meaning the western world.
-either your monitor isn't calibrated very well
-you may be using the wrong color calibration profile. does a large white image have a yellow tint? Like this https://www.iconspng.com/images/thin-rectangle/thin-rectangle.jpg
do the tissue test and hold a paper towel up to it.
-you might be using an overly warm color temperature. Your eyes would get used to this during normal browsing but a game that you are staring at, moving, and changing scenes may make your color temperature become very apparent.
Monitor calibration is so different from person to person. I'll go to someone's house and their display is really dark and orange, or really bright and can barely see anything. If you are using your computer for graphics, you need to have it somewhere close to the common accepted standard.
But yeah, the textures and shaders in the game don't have a yellow tint.
Turn off anything like Digital enhancement, bright frame, etc. if there is a small error, it is applied to every pixel's color.
When you do set your monitor right, it's probably going to look completely alien to you, having played on a yellow tinted monitor for a long time. Maybe looking very purple or green. You'll get used to it and notice a much better color range. (your montior may not have been tinted yellow, but the temperature, hue, or whatever is wrong with it introduces bias in your color range and with this game will show through in spades)
This is actually an advantage instead of a problem. Open the game full screen and adjust the monitor until the game looks really good to your eyes. Then leave it there. Later you can work with contrast and gamma and fine tune the colors, and you'll probably get it very close to a good calibration.
