one time more, now as I mooved the cursor over the 10%IGNI crafting blueprint...
maybe there is a certain lvl for to be able to buy them?
Gerald is in my game atm lvl 10... maybe the 10% stones should apear later in the trade window??

It's nothing to do with your level, you can buy them at any level. It is the level of the armourer/blacksmith that is important, greater runes and glyphs can only be crafted by a master swordsmith or armourer.

I don't know what the problem is, but it is always worth verifying the game files in steam if you have not already done so.

I can play the game on high settings at 48fps, no framedrops no error, but as soon I touch this blueprint the game close..
Must be a bug then..

Redownloads any corrupt files, if you don't see the point in that as a simple first step...

The point is something is obviously wrong with your game. Either you downloaded and installed a mod that has gone haywire or your save file has somehow become corrupted.

You have two choices, if a mod is not at fault. Either try an earlier autosave or checkpoint since your quicksave may have become corrupted. Or verify your game cache to see if some update on your PC or the fact that the game keeps crashing on its own may have caused one or more files to be deleted or corrupted.

Verifying is not a big deal. It's the go-to solution most recommended when there is an issue with the game. Don't want to do that? Then have fun figuring this thing out by yourself.
I did both, but game still crash without any error message, every time I moov my mouse cursor over a 5% IGNI diagram at any trading NPC.

It has nothing to do with my system, its only a damn ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bug...
So if I avoid to check for new grey diagram blueprints whatever to call them, at any trading/smith npc, It wont happen..
But that cant be normal..

just send them my dxdiag file.. hope there is a solution..

Some final words. The game is poorly optimized. Having anything running in the background on your PC is liable to create an issue for the game. Some have even found Alt-Tabbing out of the game to crash it. Others, found running in fullscreen/windowed was the culprit.

At any rate, here's some things to try. Check that the game folder is added to your anti-virus software's exclusions list. Add it to your firewall as well since it syncs up with Steam Cloud for saves. If you're running any malware software, add it there too. If you have a screensaver active, disable it while playing the game.

Try turning off V-Sync. Run your video card's Adaptive V-Sync for Nvidia cards and Dynamic V-Sync for AMD cards. Uncap the framerate. Sometimes this can cause the game to crash if it falls too low in certain areas. Try switching from fullscreen to borderless window.

For some additional things to try, read this. It's from a couple of years around, near the time CDPR moved on to bigger and better things. Oh wait, they haven't exactly done anything else in the last three years other than start and restart work on Cyberpunk 2077 a few times and drag on the Gwent Online Beta. Truly busy folks over in Poland.
