TLDR = Too Long, Didn't (or Don't depending on context) Read. This usually hints on a shorter version of the upcoming (or preceding) wall of text.
IIRC = If I Remember Correctly.

Ancient abbreviations from the times when Internet was clever :)

Since I'm reading it now it's fresh knowledge.

She starts being 12 in the first scene, just after Geralt finds her for 2nd time but after that action jumps ahead almost 1 year, so for the rest(most if fact) of the book she's 13 to 14 years.
