Ifrit in "Redania's Most Wanted" takes zero damage
I used both swords, an axe, all signs...what could be the problem ?

Thanks in advance.

Many thanks. I throw 2 Dimeritium Bombs at him and hit him lots of times. He takes absolutely no damage.
Enemy Upscaling is off.

Dimeritium won't do him damage. It supposed to prevent him using magic on you. Northern Wind would do him freezing damage. Aard would knock him back, away from you. Quen to shield yourself a bit. Upgraded versions of both bombs would help better, last longer. Use only the Silver Sword on him. Use Elementa Oil on the blade, upgraded to Superior would dal +50% Attack power against him.

Just watch for its special attacks so you can jump out of the way of them. Hit it with both bombs, then roll in for a hit or two with your blade. Then dodge out of the way once again. Like anything else, their abilities to sometimes block your attacks cannot be avoided. Just look for opportunities to strike while keeping your distance from incoming attacks from it.

And avoid Igni at all costs. It'll just make the damn thing stronger.

Thank you. I dodge him easily and hit him easily, many times. I am at a rather high level for this mission. I used elementa oil with a silver sword. zero damage.

Thanks. I will try.

Found the solution to the glitch I had it as well, the ifrit can only be hurt by heavy attacks.
