Brothers in Arms: Velen Bug with Roche?

So I picked up Eye for an Eye quest a long time ago, progressed through the game and got to the point where I need to recruit people to Kaer Mohren. I met with Roche and Djikstra in Novigrad and the Quest told me I need to help roche with his problem with Ves before I can recuit him. I assumed this was the Eye for an eye quest so I went ahead and completed that, but now Roche is stuck at his camp and the Brothers in Arms quest still tells me I need to help Roche with his Ves Problem? My save is from a long time back, is there another fix?

Update: loaded that old save and redid the quest Eye for an Eye and still run into same issue. Roche does not have dialogue option to ask him to come to Kaer Mohran. I think this may be an issue of him having jumped around with the "A Deadly plot" quest?

yeah, i think so cause u have to do the secondary quest to save Ves earlier in order to ask Roche to come to Kaer Mohran. I did the secondary quest so i got the dialogue everytime i played the game

That secondary quest IS An Eye for An Eye.

She did not die. By "jumped around" I mean he was in the Brothel when I originally got the Brothers in Arms quest because I had started "A Deadly Plot", I talked to him there, he mentioned he had a problem with Ves. I selected the Eye for an Eye Quest and he moved back to the camp where he normally is. I just thought that him moving around may have bugged the quest.

To provide an update on this, I finished Eye for an Eye fine, Ves survives and all and I return to the camp only to not have the dialogue option with Roche available to ask him to come to Kaer Mohran. The Brothers in Arms: Novigrad quest still tells me I need to talk to Djikstra and to help Roche with the Ves problem. Since I DID help Roche with the ves problem, I went along and talked to Djikstra, he declined to help me, and the Brothers in Arms quest compeleted.

So I'm not sure if Roche will appear at Kaer Mohran at this point. The Brothers in Arms quest completed, but I never really asked roche to come to Kaer Mohran, and the quest still told me I needed to help him with Ves

Maybe doing "A Deadly Plot" is a requirement too for getting Roche help and as far as I understand you couldn't complete "A Deadly Plot"
