How can I stop graphics settings from saving to cloud?

I play this game between my desktop and my laptop when I'm on the go. I've noticed that the graphics settings keep getting saved and syncs when I switch platforms.

I'd like to have 2 separate graphics settings for desktop and laptop without having to change it everytime. I tried setting the user.settings to read only but it just keeps getting overwritten.

Save user.settings file in another location and copy it to MyDocuments\The Witcher 3\ every time you launch the game in each pc.

You can automate it with a windows shell script(.bat file) so you can overwrite the correct settings and launch the game in one click.
