NG+ quests

Hi, I just started NG+ and I noticed something :

At the very begining, when you have to prepare to deal with the Griffin, I already had buckthorns in my inventory from my first game. Having buckthrons already kinda ''cancelled'' having to go to Tomira, and I remember she had a quest for Geralt, with a hard choice if you would let a girl peacefully die or try to save her with strong Witcher potion that could kill her in huge suffering.

So, I killed the Griffin and went to Tomira just because I wanted to do her sidequest, but she doesnt give it.

So, at the moment, I just reached Velen and every sidequests/markers in White Orchard are done, but no Tomira's quest... Maybe it was bugged because I had the buckthorns or maybe I just don't remember how to trigger that Tomira sidequest, been hundred hours since I last did her quest.

I was wondering : Do we have more of those ''cancelled'' quests on the way because we already have stuff in our inventory from the previous playtrough ?

You just gotta drop by before doing the griffin quest, sooooo too late

...Yeah, if only I knew. Do you recall any other ''cancelled'' quests like these later?

Okay, have not tought about that. didnt know it was that much of an issue that there were guides for it.

Not that it's a real issue, since I did everything on my first playtrough, but still a bummer... It's mostly just that I want to cap at lvl 100 without having to grind XP from drowners if I find myself at lvl 98-99 with no more quests in the log, because I missed XP from ''cancelled'' quests...

Search missable quests on google, and you should be able to find a pretty good list of things you can miss. But i think XP you get from a lot of these aren't that much
