Grass render distance

i have my settings on high but the grass only renders like 20 meters a head of geralt and looks like ♥♥♥♥

I have tried turning up grass density but it doesn't change anything
is this really what it's supposed to look like on high settings?

Uh, no. I play on high / ultra and i've no issues with grass render.

Put Foliage Visibility Range to ultra and that should solve it.

My only thoughts is to reinstall the game. Maybe some else can give you better answer :S

Only mod i use a reskin for geralts medalion, nothing else.

i'd try with no mods first.

You failed to mention your Pc Specs, therefore this discussion is useless until so.

I'm using a "Ge75 Raider 8SG" At the moment and have encountered zero issues.

Not sure if you fixed this, but check your Nvidia settings, if you have the Anisotropic filtering on like X2, X4 or X8 it would override the in game one giving a closer render of some details.
