All he does is repeats the same f/ucking lines. I tried to meditate and fast travel, verify my game and nothing work.

My game has been cursed since the beginning, I have been experienced a tremendous amount of bugs like Geralt got slingshot 1000 miles away from Velen and Roach somehow use the Elder Blood and teleport me into the void.

Liglad won't sail to Skellige. He's supposed to talk to you and direct you to Captain Wolverstone of the Atropos. You'll find him in the golden surgeon, talk to him directly.

You need to pay Wolverstone 1000 bucks. Its reclaimable once you get to the isles, though. Just follow the quest and you'll know. As for Liglad, no.
