Is there a way to fix some technical problems of the Witcher 3 on PS4?

I know this is steam and I am discussing the console version of the witcher 3, but is it normal that when I enter the city in Novigrad it starts to lag quite a bit, and the banker Vivaldi's arms are invisable. if this is a problem people are experiencing as well, I would like some guidance to fix these issue, maybe to reduce the lag in novigrad, and especially to fix Vivaldi's missing arms. Note: I am running the base game with no expansions:Thank You for your help

I am pretty sure you can't do anything about it though. I haven't seen many games that wouldn't drop below 30 fps on consoles.

Try travelling to skellige and back to novigrad. See if it helps. Also there was a piece of armor that severely lagged my gameplay (although j doubt that could be possible)
