Cave Simbol is white instead of grey

Does that mean I didn't explore the cave completely/looted all the items?

If the symbol has a skull (or something like that), well there must be still a monster with more loot. Otherwise, i think that cave symbol remain white, even if you looted everything.

it should turn gray if it's completely looted but some're buggy. so ymmv. maybe you didnt loot everything or just hit on small bug.

I had many white caves, yet fully explored.

Cave icons will never gray out when fully explored. Only Monster Dens (those caves with a skull) will turn gray once all of the monsters there have been killed and the cave fully explored and looted.

This is total baloney. Cave icons do grey out once fully explored.

Does this include plants and stuff? Non of my caves are Grey and I'm sure some of them should be fully looted.(besides plants)
