Quest Big Game Hunter Cannot continue

I'm having a bug that after the Count had taken pictures of the peacocks and killed the Giant Centipede, he doesn't trigger the conversation. I've tried going back the centiped lair and could witcher sense two centipedes underground. But they didn't come out nor did console console killall(100) kill them. Now I'm totally stuck in the quest.

Have you tried to load an earlier autosave or checkpoint and try again? Sometimes when a glitch occurs, it can be preserved in the quicksave so that no matter how many times you try to get it to work correctly, it can't. Reloading an earlier save from before the glitch occurred, can sometimes fix it.

Also try meditating for an hour or simply shuttding down the game and restarting it.

I would also suggest verifying the game cache in case any of the files were somehow corrupt or deleted.

Couldn't meditate during the quest either. The previous save worked! Thank you!
