Fergus Graem Master Armorer quest BUG
When trying to talk to Fergus Graem, the Master Armorer in Crow's Nest, he doesn't give me the option to talk to him. I've scoured the internet for answers, and I've yet to find one.

I need to fix this quest so I can play Gwent with him and his girl so I can get the achievement.
Does anyone know if I can use any console commands to reset the quest?

Something I've found (same issue, can't talk to either of them) is that I still have the Master Armorers quest active. I finished getting the gland acid, finished the quest and was able to talk to them afterwards. I know this is from a couple years ago, but hope this helps.
