This. High Chaos run.
I've only run through witcher 3 once so haven't toyed with the various quests much.
I'm going to guess there are quests that are similar to skyrim in that there are alternative solutions to quests instead of picking one side or the other.
Depending on the parties involved, or if it's a subsequent playthrough, I'll experiment and try to find ways to screw over both parties/sides.
But when I start NG+ I already have planned what I want to do:
-Finish the game on hardest difficulty (from start to finish). I Started off the game on medium ended on hardest.
-Skip all the boring parts. No more exploring.
-In dialogues I'll pick the exact opposite of what I have.
-Last but not least, spend my money on wacky builds and play-styles.
The most important target is that I decided to establish 3 different saves of "Be it ever so humble", then, I can go home to see Triss when I miss Triss; I can see Siri when I miss Ciri and so on. It is really comfortable and relax to see Triss and hear her tell you "Just a moment" while you say goodbye to her.
Luckly, Witcher 3 is long enough that by the time you start again, the quests feel almost as fresh as the first time
