It's like some people are asking for their game to be f|_|cked up or are trying to discover some unique bugs and/or glitches.
They take a game as prone to glitches and bugs as Witcher 3, add to that the irresponsible use of the console and pour some mods on top of all that, then they are surprised that their game has exploded into orbit. Seems legit.
Try to install this fix:
https://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/3798
Completely uninstalling Trademan mod solves the problem (If the fix doesn't work).
If you use Sort Everything to go to mod options and set "Auto clean all new items flag" to on.
I'm not judging you in any way, shape or form, look at my post: everything i said is true: Witcher 3 is an EXTREMELY bug/glitch prone game, add to it not the console use because you say you never touched it, but add just mods and the probability of the game going apeshiFt rises exponentially.
I've been tempted by a few mods myself, but i figured out that if i wanted to use any mods, i would back-up my save games and be prepared for a fresh install at any time.
Seeing how the game behaves at v1.32 vanilla should be a dead giveaway to anyone that mods can destroy it.
This game going haywire when mods are installed is a well known issue, it's a 4+ year old game, i'm just amazed how people are still surprised by this.
Whenever i see a game that i want to play i do a minimum of research, stuff like specs and known/common bugs/glitches and i do the same when i'm interested in a mod for said game.
That's all. Good luck on The Path!
True, personally played the game 250-300 hours before modding it. Hardly noticed any bugs or glitches at all personally beforehand, afterwards I've noticed bugs and glitches, thankfully mostly just annoying at times and easily fixed by save/reload save.
Not knocking the mods, most of them graphic/visual and they've made the game look even better and some have fixed a couple things (falling down steps etc). Worth the trade off.
