Is it bad that i like this guy so much? Should i be ashamed of myself?

We're on the same boat then. He orchestrated the regicides and threw the sorceresses under the bus. He removed both key factors that had led to Northern victory during the previous wars.

Not at all. He's the classic character who's initially thought to be the stereotype of the slimy counsellor. The twist is that he turns out to be a fairly competent man and a decent fellow.

nope he's kool

He's just a cool guy. Nothing wrong with him.

Certainly better than Emhyr.

Movran is a cool dude, definitely one of the more affable Nilfgardians you meet. He treats everyone he meets appropriately, is friendly and whatever underhanded stuff he ends up involved in is just his doing his job to serve his empire.

Honestly when I went to meet Emrys to ask for help fighting the Wild Hunt and he offered to send Movran Vorhis with a contigent of Nilfgardian soldiers to help you only with the caveat that Movran would be in charge, I honestly though it was very illogical game design that you weren't offered the option for Geralt to accept. I always got the impression that if Movran had shown up with his soldiers, he and Geralt would not have had any problems working together and extra bodies to throw at the hunt might have prevented Vesemir's death

He wants to marry Ciri. Enough reasons to avoid him.

It is actually. But he doesnt say it openly(he is a spy you see). Something along the lines 'When Ciri sits on the throne, there will be a requirement for a suitable husband to match with the empress, my father will make sure the right candidate is choosen for this job'. Which translates to 'Imma bang' in normal human language.

Except that he is the one that sits on the throne after Emhyr so...make up something else :)

Would you really wanna bang Ciri though? You'd be knees deep making kraft dinner sounds in her and then realise she teleported your twing and berries to a frozen world full of elementals.

Im not making up ♥♥♥♥. There is the dialogue up there. You hear it when you were searching Dandelion by going after his romantic interests one by one. In front of Van Attre's, while you were searching the Molly.

Oh look, another discussion not about Ciri turning to discuss about Ciri. This is why I avoid the witcher's community as much as I can now, nobody can talk about anything witcher's related without the thread being flooded with Ciri and the original topic usually being forgotten in seconds. I don't understand how I'm the only one who's tired of seeing talks about her.
On topic: no there's nothing wrong with liking a guy who's being friendly most of the time you see him. He's clearly the nice guy among the ennemy for you to like.

Vorhees comes as slippery as they get. Don't be fooled by his etiquette. He will throw Geralt to the lions (emperor) the first chance he gets, if it benefits him.
