She shows up again later in the game.

These rules hold true for most RPGs:
If you can spare someone, do it. It will likely lead to a better outcome/reward for that specific quest.
If you spare someone, they will likely appear later in the game, often to help you.

And no, I'm not saying this applies to Keira. This is just how most RPGs are.

I think the best option is convince her to give you the research notes, and go to Kaer Morhen.

As long as you convince her to go to Kaer Morhen, with or without her notes. If not, you either fight her ( kill her ) or she'll get impaled by Radovid later in the game, thus, wont be helping for the fight against the Wild Hunt. Beside, if she goes to Kaer Morhen, later in game she will save Lambert from a certain death. Sorry for the spoilers.

I welcome the spoiler. I could never have played it out any other way - so it's the only way I'd know her fate, if I'd not convinced her to go to Kaer Morhen.

:)

Off this topic, but I help Dijkstra and Roche with their plan, but Radovid doesn't get killed. Did I miss something?

That choice will be much later, after you find Philippa. Dijksta and Roche's plan still stands. I wont spoils anything, but there's a choice you'll have to make that will have different repercussions, depending on your choice.

I want to kill him, do I have that option? I must have missed it, if so.

Yes, you can kill him. Beside, that quest is fun and well scripted since Dijkstra, Roche, Philippa and one other guy planned a trap for Radovid. I think that the quest is easily missable since it's a secondary quest I believe. Well, if it's not a secondary quest, the game always suggest you the quest that is related to Ciri and finishing the game. You need to look at the quest log and switch quest because I believe that the Kill Radovid quest wont be available anymore after main storyline is completed.

OK thanks.

I need to look this up. I'm Lvl 24 in this game(only finished the game once - but now have DLC installed too). I don't want to miss this quest again.

Edit. I looked it up, and think I may have missed it already:
