can't run 4 decoctions

title pretty much says it all. I saw couple of videos of people applying 4 decoctions but for some reason i am unable to do that. I am level 36, just finished the main story and I am yet to touch any of the expansions. my toxicity is 277

Certain skills increase your toxicity tolerance. Might be you lack those, but without knowing your build I can't really say more.

You need to pick at least one general skill that gives +30 toxicity to run 4 decoctions at once.
If you also want to be able to drink any potion when using the decoctions then you have to use manticore witcher set which extends toxicity limit a bit further.

I think there's a Decoction out there that applies 40 Toxicity instead of 70. In that case, it would absolutely be possible to use 4, if one of them gave less toxicity.
