World Map and Minimap is blank/not loading

Does anyone know what the fix is for this? Basically when you load in, the minimap is missing and the world map will be blank. Is this a mod issue, or a general bug that exists? Its happened in the past but usually reloading the game would make it go away. Now it just happens on every load.

I had the same problem.
Go to Stem > Library > The Witcher 3 > Properties > Local files > Verify file integrety.

Then launch the game afterwards. It solved it for me.
If you use version 1.31 with mods, make sure you have the correct mods version for the game (either steam or GOTY). Also if you use All quest objectives mod and color marker mod, make sure to install the correct version of Color marker mod.

if you're using a trainer that let's you win Gwen, try winning the game with the trainer off, or toggle it of before exiting gwent
