Superior Wolven Steel Sword bug

I'm trying to get the Wolven upgrade that's found in the shipwreck in southwest Velen. I have found it, but I can't seem to actually activate the glowing wolf icon. I get to where it says "press e to examine" but I'm sitting here mashing e and nothing is happening. Same with the loot crate in the same room where I presume the diagram actually is.

Anybody else have this problem? I have tried exiting and restarting the game, and rebooting my computer.

The one under water? As with a lot of the other scavenger hunt-quests, the chest you seek is not necessarily in the same room as the glyph/mark. Look for other places chests could be hiding in the ship.
That was as spoilerless as I could make it...

it was tricky but if you dive surface and dive again while tapping E(use) it should work.
