Redanians in Novigrad after the Nilffgardian victory

Why did the redians replace the temple guards in novigrad after Ciri takes the throne and Nilffgard wins the war?

Reason is simple, the game state does not change after you beat the game, this is so that you can continue playing the game and do all the sidequests and contracts that you have yet to finish.

Well, do note that it just progresses time a bit, but it doesnt skip to end of the war. Even when the outcome is clear, war can still go on for quite a while before it ends & by end of W3 events redanians still posess a strong army- they are just without their king (who also happens to be great strategist). They have also taken control of Novigrad, meaning they now rule it instead of temple guard. This is supported also by fact that it seems war is still ongoing between redanians & nilfgaard.
Although i suppose option B is not out of the question either- Nilfgaard has won & made Redania its vassal (like Touissant). Novigrad has been given to Redania in compensation of Temaria being separated from them

Because no one simply bothered to code an ending.
Even when you kill Radovid, the Redanian soldiers are still walking around Novigrad and Oxenfur and telling how Radovid will win the war. Its the small things, but CDPR kinda messed up the 'open world' experience
