Report a translation problem
1. Learn the pattern of the golem's attacks.
2. Learn how these attacks look like (how they start, hom much time do they take, how they damage and how much time do they leave before the next one). You have Keira as a dummy for that.
3. Counter golem's swings with strong blows (or Aard), roll away from its stampede, use Quen to shield Geralt from unexpected damage, break golem's block from its behind.
P.S.: you will remember the golem as a beautiful doll later in this cave.
Works pretty well against common enemies.
Against golems though you need to know when to get out of it's way or it'll mow you down. Its attacks are fairly telegraphed though so shouldn't be a problem as long as you pay attention.
