no sale for expansion pass?

what the hell? i was waiting for this... and the goty edition is just 6 dollars more, that's just makes me feel bad.
why isn't there a sale for the expension pass? it makes no sense.

You own the base game. The GotY edition has nothing to offer you. Just buy the expansions separately when they are on sale. You don't need the Pass. It's only a valid purchasing option when the expansions are not on sale because it has a built-in 15% discount.

i already know this, that's why i'll propably end up either buying the dlc's separately, or torrent them.
but it would stil be nice to know i have the full pass, to give you an expample of how it might stil be useful - i got the skyrim special edition because i had the goty, and back then you would never have expected anything new from skyrim.

do you even realise what a "ripoff" mean? you just said it's a bad deal for stupied people, that's what we call a ripoff. and there isn't really a way to get it for cheaper, there is a way to almost get it for 2 dollar less (again 2 ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ dollars!). if there was an actual sell for the pass and it was 2 dollars, i'd still be angry.

They are not going to release something new. Also the expansion pass specifically states it is to buy the 2 expansions, so even if they release another expansion you will have to buy it anyways cause it would not be a part of the expansion pass.

So you save $7 overall on the expansions by buying separately, there is your discount, stop being greedy and asking for more discount.

Expansion pass is on sale on CDPR's own shop, you know which one i mean, but it's not comportable with Steam version obviously. I'm not sure what do they mean by this business decision: obviously i'm not going to switch to another client if i already have Witcher 3 on steam - there is just no way to do that. Maybe they have planned to have a sale on Steam too, but messed up something, who know.
