Kaer Almhult *Possible Spoilers*

I'm needing a quick whatsit to help me out here. On Kaer Almhult, in Skellige, where the little "Tyrian Lannister" easter egg is, when I go into the tunnel with the secret treasure, i noticed on the other side of the boarded doors is an ENORMOUS red enemy-dot. Any idea how I'd go about getting to that location? Thanks!
