Can anyone provide me the appmanifest of Witcher 3 with both DLCs

Would any owner of Witcher 3 (with both DLC installed) be kind enough to copy the information inside the appmanifest of Witcher 3?
All you have to do in go to installed location of Witcher 3 and open the appmanifest of Witcher 3 on notepad (drag the manifest to an empty notepad).
Steam id of W3 is 292030.

I went through the whole internet in search of it but in vein. Hope a kind gamer would be here to help another gamer.

P.S The reason I want the appmanifest is because I lost all W3 files and can't download such large amount again. What I did was I got a repack from a friend of mine and will put it on games location (since W3 has no crack/requires no crack), BUT IF I VERIFY GAME CASHE, IT WILL DOWNLOAD ALL USELESS LANGUAGE PACKS (20GB) that was removed from repck. So if I get an appmanifest, I will trick steam client into thinking that the game is fully installed.

All you need to do is start the download for the game, to make a new appmanifest. Once its started you just move your files over and it should download. It'll say that its downloading the whole thing but it shouldnt. It will simply check the files and you'll be good ot go. If that doesnt work say so and I'll see what I can provide.

You'll need to edit your install directory as well as last owner id.

DUDE!! Your a life saver! My app manifest just got deleted on its own and steam settings got resseted n sh!t had no idea wtf was going on but you saved my a$$ thanks.
