Parry key on PC

I am going through the combat tutortial and when it comes the the parry part, the instructions tell me to "Hold [ ] to parry". What the heck?? Other tutorials I watch use the right mouse key for that. I've tried. It won't let me do anything. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

By default, holding right mouse is to block, press right mouse as soon as you see a red flash on enemy's health bar is parry

Reset your keybindings to default from the game options.

Just postin' to say that I played through this game on Death March and it took me 225 hours and I never once parried anything

And you also dodged Olgierd's ghost and his clones impossible to dodge ? I've played it a longtime ago, but i think i remember you could only survive his blows with parry.

P.S: except for this one, i also went through the whole game with dodges only.

I honestly don't remember this fight. Is this something you can miss if you take a certain path through the quest?
