Toussaint Armor in Beyond Hill and Dale?
I've heard a lot about it! Full set of Relic-class Toussaint Armor, with attached blade. Problem is, I can't find it! I heard a will-o-wisp just east of Longlocks' tower would guide me to it, but... I'm there, and no wisps are in sight. Can anyone give me some better directions?
