Seems like a gamebreaking bug - Talk to Triss

[General Malaise]

I'm doing Final Preparations, I had to talk to several people, Avalach and Yen being two, do some quests

It now says Talk to Triss.

I go through every dialogue with her, but there's nothing there to move it on. This a known bug? Will I have to find a savegame, from before Final Preparations?

I did meet her at a fountain, but asked her about a doll I'd been carrying forever, hope that didn't screw it up. Tried quiting and reloading, but made no difference.

Just great. The only savegame I have before this bug, is Isle of Mist, meaning I have to do Caer Morhen again, Crones again, Imlerith again, and quests for Avalach, Through Space and Time, Ciri Payback, and Yen The Great Escape.

That must be a good 4 hours playtime.

I'm sure I started off talking to Triss, met her at a fountain, asked her about a toy - then had the option to do what she asked later, which I took. Now whatever she wanted to do, is gone.

I'm suprised you can't use those (every10 minutes?) auto saves I personnaly hate for having trying everything to turn them off. Now, in your case, those could prove useful...

I was hoping so, but pretty sure I met Triss first, asked her about doll, then said: Later.

The earliest auto save, is during Space and Time, and that had already happened. The only one before it, is Isle of Mists.

I've tried the first save after the Isle of Mist save(which was 2 days ago), and this is still broken.

I'm convinced I'm screwed, and got to go all the way back to finding Ciri.

Ha ha, excellent.

One of the comments in the above link, said go to The Bathhouse without Triss, and the quest will work as normal.

It did.

That's was the first time I got chance after I bought it. It was Level 14 Quest, and I'd done all the quests I could find, except some ot the boxing, which I find tough.

I could't wait to get rid of it, then that. Lucky I read a comment that saved me though.

Not had too many bugs to be fair. Crashed twice, in many hours of play - and no major problems, though this nearly had me going back hours.

The bug can be resolved by going to the bathhouse without Triss. After arriving at the bathhouse the final preperations questline will complete and Triss will spawn behind you, continuing the storyline. Sorry I'm late!
