Novigrado books?
I'm on Novigrado and i've seen 2 shops where you can buy many books. Does anyone know if they are useful? i mean, will they add some pages to my bestiary or something? Thanks.

You should read any books you have found or bought. Some can in fact add information to your Bestiary. They can all be safely sold once you have read them. And yes, you should consider buying some of those books that vendors sell. Many will be duplicates of books you may already have. Skip those but it is worth buying others. You can always sell them once you've read them.

Plus, there is a short secondary quest in the book shop run by Marcus T.K. Hodgson in Hierarch Square, Novigrad, that references someone Geralt knew in the second Witcher game. You shouldn't miss it.
thank you, i will buy the new ones

Theres also at least one side quest that will require a couple of books, up in Skellige.

I forget which books are required, but if they're on you, you can complete it there and then. Books are worth 4 5 crowns anyway, not much of a fortune in getting rid of them.

Sell all books to either the book shop or the cloth merchant in Novigrad. They will buy them for higher prices, some 20-40 c.
