Can I still find the Baron after the "Bloody Baron" quest has ended?

I finished the quest, will I ever see him or find him again? Pretty good character.

No. He's either dead or have left with Anna to take her to a healer. This also means, that if you forgot to play him in Gwent, the Velen Players quest is dead (sadly it doesn't fail as it should, for some reason).
But other than that, I agree, The Baron is one of the best written and voiced charaters in the game.

Doesn't fail because you'll have baron's reward card waiting in his room, you pick the card and quest Velen players continue.

Technically, if you wrote some fan fiction it'd be just as canon as the whole game.
