Minimun is GTX650 I think and is well over the specs of a HD530.
Not counting the speed difference and memory sharing: Intel HD integrated GPU use system RAM memory, which is way slower than VRAM and it also requires more RAM overall. Unlikely enough for sharing in a low spec PC.
You have to know what you are doing for that. Which values to modify and it's ranges, otherwise the game would crash most probably. Then even doing value change correctly you can run in unexpected things, for example lower the resolution more than minimum allowed by devs and you can run into little scaling troubles with game interface.
Basically, do this and you are totally on your own.
even tho that mobil card is 'slightly' slower than his integrated graphics chip
you have 2Gb of dedicated vram
he only has 1-1.5Gb of 'shared' ram so it still might not do as well for this game
even if he has the extra system ram to cover it, system ram is slower and doesnt work nearly as good as dedicated vram
