I'd gladly pay full price (or even more than the full asking price) for the amount of content contained in the DLC for this game, so picking them up at half-price is a bargain!
If you're not the type of person who spends 40+ hours on a game, maybe it wouldn't be worth it if only because you might not make it to that point. However, from what I'm seeing, the sheer amount of content and quality of the Witcher DLC rivals that of Borderlands 2, which was some of the best instances of DLC I'd ever seen.
