name is something +- shadow island, you gotta search all 3 locations for all possible clues tho :)

The Isle of Mists is the quest. Recommended level is 22. You'll know when quest is given to you since the objective is literally that one, going to meet Ciri.

If you're doing side missions and the like, it'll be quite a while before you get there. :) When I play, and I do pretty much every quest there is, I don't get to Novigrad until around 40-60 hours in, don't get to Skellige until 80-100 hours, and don't get to Ciri until well after 110+ hours. Take your time - this is a fantastic game, enjoy the world, all the quests, all the characters you meet, etc.

you get the quest in act II. Friendly advice: don't rush it, do some side quests and witcher contracts first

I found her after 60-70 hours
